I went to the mountains the other morning. She wore a scarf of fog around her coniferous shoulders. I told her good morning as I entered her garden, she was just waking. I see her top but I'm not interested in being there, I'm interested in being right here, right now. And right now, I could get lost in 2 square inches of a forest, for days.

I was challenged with finding the best way to help artists sell their goods in person. Store owners can browse their inventory and put together an order in seconds. Orders from the app are automatically synced with their online store to help keep things organized.

Evans Brothers Coffee
An unused branding concept for a local coffee roaster. The two Evans brothers are avid skiers who love the outdoors. My inspiration for the direction was ski run signage and nautical flags. Each roast had it's own flag to help with visual recognition in the store.

I spent almost 5 years at Squarespace as Creative Director. I spent my time split between overseeing the brand, the design of our marketing site, template design, printed pieces, interface design, product design, user experience and illustrations.

My event was the Industrial Revolution. I took the perspective of the Luddites, the ones whose lives were being crushed by the mechanization of industry. Resist or Perish.
